Monday – Friday, flexible
Reports to
Clinical Director
What you'll do
- Conduct assessments and design individualized ABA programs
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing clinical training
- Collaborate with families on goals and progress
- Track data and adjust programming based on outcomes
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- TX LBA licensure (or eligible)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Join Elroi's ABA Therapy and bring hope, warmth, and compassion to children and families. We're looking for a certified RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions in home and community settings under a BCBA's supervision.

Schedule
Flexible, after-school hours available
Reports to
Supervising BCBA
What you'll do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one ABA sessions in the child's home or community
- Collect and graph session data to inform clinical decisions
- Support families with strategies between sessions
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
- Compassionate, dependable, and ready to learn
